Judith Romano is a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg, LLP and has been with the firm since 1999. She manages the firm’s Bankruptcy Department, and has been representing creditors' interests in bankruptcy matters for over ten years. Ms. Romano received her undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and her J.D. from Temple University in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, she was a solo practitioner representing both creditors and debtors in consumer bankruptcies. Ms. Romano is also a regular lecturer for the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Association and a frequent USFN bankruptcy panelist.
