Larry T. Phelan is the Managing Partner of Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg, LLP.  He received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1977 and his J.D. from Villanova School of Law in 1980.  In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Phelan lectures frequently around the country and has authored five mortgage-related books.  He is a former chair of the USFN’s Bankruptcy Committee and is a former panelist of the Chapter 7 Trustee Panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
