Ms. Diamond, the Managing Partner of the New Jersey office of PHS, has been with the firm since 1995. She has been practicing exclusively in the areas of foreclosure and bankruptcy law for more than ten years. Ms. Diamond received her undergraduate degree from Mary Washington College in 1986 and her J.D. from Temple University in 1992. Ms. Diamond is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey and is on the Legal Issues Committee of the USFN. She is a frequent panelist at USFN conferences around the country and lectures regularly on NJ foreclosure and bankruptcy issues at default servicer shops nationally.
